Child and Family Health: Community health professionals shaping the future

This professional development programme will explore issues of concern around health disparities and health inequalities in local authority areas and how they adversely affect the health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families.

Through keynote presentations from leading experts and a series of best practice seminars, it will identify the issues, seek clarity and offer solutions to the key challenges facing community health professionals today.

An opportunity for health visitors, school nurses, district nurses, community nursery nurses and all other community health professionals to enhance their continuing professional development and find out the latest innovations, products and research through a series of presentations.
