Sue is currently working as the Operational Director for Adult Social Care Services, with a strategic lead for Health.

She has been qualified as a nurse for over 20 years, and has had a number of positions in which she have gained front line experience in assessment and care of vulnerable adults in both the hospital and community settings.

Sue has been in a management position since 2000, and during this time she has gained experience in a variety of posts across the health and social care sectors.

The main focus of her role in the last couple of years has been on integrated working across health and social care.
