Christian Yeomans is Policy Advisor at the UK HE International Unit, where he has oversight of the Unit’s policy activity. Chris has a specialist interest in European research policy and doctoral issues.

Previous to joining the International Unit, Christian was a lecturer at Aberystwyth University, where his teaching and research focussed on European governance and post-socialism.

Christian has also held positions at the European Parliament and with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. He has a PhD in European governance systems, and Masters degrees in Political Geography and International Relations.
