Dr Julia Haes is a Senior Program Manager at the Center for International Cooperation at Free University, Berlin.

She completed her PhD studies on university brands at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, where she also co-developed and administered the international Executive MBA in Media and Communication, the pioneer of international postgraduate programs at the university, and set up several Executive Education programs for multinational corporations.

Julia currently manages various aspects of strategic internationalisation at Free University, Berlin, such as the development of strategic partnerships, the development of joint degree programs and supervises some of Free University's liaison offices.
