Jayne Holt

Jayne has more than eighteen years’ experience in education, of which 12 were in Further Education (FE), with more than four years' lecturing experience and eight years at senior management level.

As the Assistant Principal - Learning Services, Jayne has responsible for the vision and strategic leadership for learning technologies; IT and Information Services; e-curriculum design and development; e-personalisation; staff e-continual professional development (e-CPD); e-learning; open learning spaces; library services and Learner Journey.

Since 2009 Jayne strategically led the College-wide Functional Skills for maths, English and ICT, implementing the transition from Key Skills to Functional Skills throughout the college’s vocational provision.

Leading a strong central Functional Skills quality team, Jayne has utilised modern techniques to support both staff and learners, ensuring a holistic whole college approach to the delivery of Functional Skills.
