Speaker Biography

Sandra Pamplin

Sandra, has 10 years’ experience as a primary school teacher, with all of that time spent leading Physical Education. Her expertise and enthusiasm for the subject led to her working for East Sussex LEA on a number of projects including the ‘roll out’ of the TOPS programme.

Her work working with colleagues across a wide range of schools made her a natural candidate to take on the role as Partnership Development Manager of the Hastings and Rother School Sport Partnership when the programme became national.

Sandra led a partnership of 63 schools at its pomp, successfully bidding for and implementing a variety of sport and health based initiatives from National Governing Bodies, health and welfare groups and education based organisations.

Sandra, is now semi-retired, filling the part-time roll of School Games Organiser for Hastings and Rother, playing a massive part in the hugely successful inaugural Sussex Games as a member of the Local Organising Committee.
