Michael O'Toole

Michael O’Toole has been the Crown Representative for the VCSE sector since June 2012. Prior to this he led 3SC the social enterprise partnership representing almost 2000 members to create
VCSE supply chains and manage their delivery of public service contracts.

Previously Michael led the development of public sector markets for the charity bss and at Connaught plc. He was also Chief Executive of the charity National Extension College set up by social enterprise pioneer Michael Young (Lord Young of Dartington). He is also a Trustee of two charities and has led the establishment of a new charitable consortium to provide a bidding platform and infrastructure in the early intervention sector.

Michael is a graduate of Manchester University and a speaker and author on how VCSEs can win public contracts and deliver excellence.
