As Director of Sustainability & Innovation, Dax works on all things net positive and disruptive to progress Kingfishers sustainability ambitions across the international group. His responsibilities involve developing the sustainability strategy and policy framework across all environmental and social issues.

Previously, he led WWF- UKs work with business for just over a decade, winning support for conservation and accelerating shifts towards a green economy. He drove the net positive movement forward while also leading the international Green Game Changers programme promoting green business innovation see www.wwf.org.uk/innovation.

Before that, he worked in the private sector and completed his Masters in Sustainable Development.
