In his role at Tawazun, Dr Al Marzouqi specialises in people development initiatives and has developed and implemented an MBA in manufacturing excellence in collaboration with United Arab Emirates University. He has led a major initiative related to the recruitment and development of Female Emiratis for the manufacturing sector called Daylight Project.
