Bill is head of local government at EC Harris LLP. They are a leading international built asset consultancy with a large public sector presence across local government, housing, education, health and the blue light services, as well as central government. His experience covers strategy, transformation, regeneration, asset & facilities management, service delivery models, procurement and support in realising efficiency. Bill has been working with local authorities for over eighteen years as both a consultant and service provider. He has previously been a director with Serco, Liberata and Mouchel, having trained as a chartered accountant with Deloitte after reading law at Oxford. He lives inTwyford, Berkshire with his family and is a keen cricketer.
