Bharat Pamnani – Assistant Director UK Border Agency - has been in the civil service for the last 25 years, working for the Home Office since 2001. Since 2001 Bharat has worked in a number of different areas including implementing the charging regime for ‘work permit’ applications, and working in programme and project management. Bharat has also been responsible for the Operational Policy team dealing with all the points-based tiers. Bharat currently heads up the Partnership Engagement and PBS Rapid Response Team.
