Terry McPartlan

Terry McPartlan has worked with Careers and Connexions for almost 25 years. He has extensive experience in project development particularly with disadvantaged young people and young offenders. He has managed a number of projects designed to support non traditional learners from initial engagement through to apprenticeships. These include projects to support young offenders, care leavers, BME young people and young people with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities. As well as bid writing for a number of organisations and capacity building third sector organisations working with disadvantaged young people. He currently manages the Sparc ESF programme for Gateshead Council as part of the 14-19 team.
