Dominic Macdonald-Wallace has a research MA in The skills and knowledge required by senior managers and leaders to be successful in shared services.

He is one of the UK’s leading writers on public sector shared services and is co-author and editor of “The Highway Code of Shared Services”, “The Shared Service Architect’s Toolbox” , “The Shared Service Architect’s Business Case Toolbox” and “The Shared Service Architect’s Innovation Toolbox”.

Dominic is the editor of the “Shared Service Architect’s Magazine” and has worked as an adviser to Canterbury Christ Church University of the development of their Postgraduate Certificate in Share Services.
