In the debate entitled "Will the Brown years ahead be a good time to be a top manager in public services and business?" Panel members Nicholas Timmins, Public Policy Editor of the Financial Times, Professor Jon Silverman, former BBC home affairs correspondent and now Professor of Criminal Justice and Media at the University of Bedfordshire and Neil Stewart, Chairman and Editorial Director of Policy Review TV gave their early impressions of the policy implications of the new Gordon Brown Government.
