Jo works for Experian as an Account Manager within the Community
Safety and Law Enforcement Team. She provides data and analytical support to community safety organisations within the public sector. Jo liaises with fire and rescue, policing and road safety organisations with a view to reducing incidents and increasing public confidence through customer insight
and targeted solutions. Jo’s experience as a researcher and analyst from her time at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service, allows her to be knowledgeable about the demands upon fire and rescue services and
how Experian can assist with these pressures.
