Anne Roberts

Anne qualified as a social worker in 2000 having spent 17years working within a range of children’s services. She currently manages the 0-12 Supporting Families Service in Merton, which delivers on the targeted offer for children’s centres and acts as a single point of entry to statutory and voluntary early help services.

Over the last 7 years Anne has worked as a social worker, Coordinator, Development Manager and Team Manager within two Local Authority Surestart Children Centre programmes. She has undertaken regular consultations with a wide range of partners to aid the implementation, delivery and evaluation of integrated and targeted early help services provided. Over the last 3 years she has developed two multi-agency Supporting Families referral and allocation panels to provide an efficient and cost effective response to children and families living in the borough.

Anne’s personal areas of interest include developing systems and processes to enable effective integrated working and evaluation.
