These panelists provided valuable insight regarding strategic political and economic relations between Egypt and the UK, the impact of Egypt’s regime change and the country’s future economic potential. They also shared with the audience their views on future business, trade and investment opportunities for the UK in this new Egypt.
SPECIAL GUEST for the afternoon was Sarah Abdel Rahman, a young political activist, freelance journalist and student at the American University in Cairo. She stood at the forefront of the demonstrations in Tahrir Square from day one, 25 January 2011.
