Personalising Health and Social Care
13 May 2008
Held at Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel, London

The Spring Conference of the National Association of Primary Care (NAPC) examined the biggest change coming in the financing and delivery of health and social care. GPs are set to be central to these reforms and the nature of practice business will change significantly. Resources will be available for more tailored services and the public will look to their GP both to provide some of the services they want and to guide them through the system. This national conference set out how the new systems will work in practice, how Primary Care Trusts and social services departments will work with GPs and how General Practice can deliver further improvements for the care of their patients.
