NWeGG Annual Conference

The Transformational Government Agenda is becoming an increasingly important tool in reforming and shaping the future of public services. The 4th Annual NWeGG Conference brought together representatives from the public, private and third sectors and heard from the Government on its latest strategy to modernise public services through Transformational Change. The conference examined the key role that technology can play in redesigning services for the benefit of both citizens and government alike and helped delegates understand the need to be customer focused. As well as updates from national government, the conference also gave delegates the opportunity to hear best practice case-studies of innovative approaches to transforming public services and was also an opportunity for delegates to celebrate and share their achievements.
