The 3rd national Choice-Based Lettings conference brings together over 200 chief executives and directors from local authorities and housing associations to find out first the latest policy developments and initiatives in Choice-Based Lettings. This year’s event comes in the wake of the Hills and Cave Inquiries which highlight ‘the remarkable success of CBL in the context of an ever tighter social housing market’. But as the effectiveness of CBL becomes clear new challenges for new and existing schemes have emerged and need to be met.
