Held as part of WorldSkills 2012, the event marked an important milestone. Valerie Todd Chair of Investors in People’s Advisory Board reveals the new strategy for delivering real benefits to employers across the UK. Key themes are whether Investors in People can do more to support small businesses survive and thrive. Also whether Investors in People can play a greater role in helping companies grow, be more ambitious, or take on transformational change. 

Since it started in 1991, over 10 million people, representing 40 per cent of the UK workforce, have benefited from working with Investors in People.
