Tackling the challenge of carbon reduction

This live online conference provided a forum to address the challenges of meeting the ambitious targets for carbon reduction in the NHS as stated in the Saving Carbon, Improving Lives strategy document (CLICK HERE TO VIEW).

This report has set out ambitious targets by the NHS to reduce carbon emissions by 15% by 2010, five years earlier than current government deadlines. To achieve these targets, a huge effort will be required, at every level of the NHS.
