Craig Bartle

Craig Bartle, Research Assistant, Student Retention and Success Project, University of Leicester

Craig has been employed as a qualitative research assistant in the Department of Genetics at the University of Leicester since July 2009. He is currently undertaking research examining the retention and success of students at the University of Leicester as part of the HEFCE/Paul Hamlyn Foundation Retention Grants Programme. Craig has also worked for a British Council Education Partnerships in Africa Project evaluating the BA in Tourism Management at Gondar University in Ethiopia in respect of graduate employability. Prior to working at Leicester Craig was a researcher on projects at the University of Northumbria, the University of Sheffield and, most recently, the University of Nottingham. He has successfully completed a BA in Social Sciences at the Nottingham Trent University and an MSc in Social Research Methods at the University of Northumbria.
