Zoe Carter-Owen

 Zoe Carter-Owen
Zoe is the Graduate and Apprentice Development Manager for Mott MacDonald; a uniquely diverse £1 billion global consultancy, delivering leading edge solutions for public and private sector clients across 12 core business areas. With over 10 years experience in development in a range of organisations, from SME's to International companies in both the private and public sector, Zoe retains her passion for facilitating the development of those in the early stages of their career.

Her first experience in the field was management of a government funded project in association with the Job Centre which integrated unemployed graduates into full time paid work. Zoe then joined an international law firm in the city where she focussed on graduate development and high volume graduate recruitment.

In her role with Mott MacDonald, which she joined four years ago, she is responsible for the company's UK-based graduate and apprentice programmes. The initial civil engineering apprentice programme was launched in 2010 and implemented by an employer-led Greater London-based consortia which was initially chaired by Mott MacDonald. Zoe's current focus is the expansion of that scheme into other parts of the UK and working with other institutions and providers to identify other schemes to bring to Mott MacDonald.
