Richard Greenhalgh

 Richard Greenhalgh
Richard spent more than 30 years with Unilever, living and working in a number of countries around the world, finally becoming Chairman of Unilever UK until his retirement in mid-2004.

Prior to this his private sector roles included: Chairman, First Milk; Advisory Chairman, Outsource Partners International; Non-executive Director, Rank Group Plc; Adviser to the Board of Calor UK; and Member, Standing Advisory Group.

He has extensive experience in education as Chairman, Council for Industry and Higher Education, and Fellow of Green Templeton College, Oxford. Within the charitable and arts sectors, Richard Greenhalgh was Chairman of CARE International UK, Board Member British Youth Opera and a Council Member, Royal Society of Arts.
