Gary Brewer is Service Manager of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Gypsy and Traveller Service (OBGTS), Oxfordshire County Council and is responsible for nine staff.

As well as managing the six Oxfordshire County Council permanent Traveller sites the OBGTS currently has a partnership agreement with Buckinghamshire County Council in order to manage their five permanent sites and have a contract with Brent Housing partnership in order to manage their single Traveller site.

The OBGTS is responsible for the management of all the unauthorised encampments across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Gary started working with the Traveller community in 2000. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, specialising in Traveller site management.
