Jane Lynch

Jane is a Lawyer and expert in the field of Clinical Negligence. She is recognised in The Legal 500 as a leading specialist in Clinical Negligence. She has extensive experience of Healthcare issues. As a result she is in considerable demand as a lecturer, both to specialist groups and at national events worldwide.

She is the director of the Health Professional Training Agency which specialises in legal training for healthcare professionals. Jane trains over 250 NHS Trusts, the private health sector, MOD, professional bodies and public authorities.
Jane also lectures at several universities at Masters Degree level in areas such as clinical risk management and supervision.

Jane has many articles to her credit published in both health and legal journals and a series of books specifically for health professionals – ‘Medico-legal Essentials – Series’ Her book ‘Health Records in Court’ won an award in the BMA book awards 2010.
Jane is a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel of specialist Clinical Negligence practitioners
