Imogen Wiseman has an honours degree in English and Philosophy from York University. She joined FJ Cleveland LLP in 1995, gaining full qualification as a Registered Trade Mark Attorney in 1999, and became a partner in 2003. In 2012, she qualified as a Trade Mark and Design Litigator, winning the Hogarth Prize for the highest mark obtained by a trade mark attorney.

Imogen practices in all areas of trade mark and design law but her practice has three main focuses; trade mark clearance, portfolio management and conducting contentious proceedings before the UK IPO, OHIM and IPEC. She represents clients from a range of different industries including in particular the media, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries.

Imogen is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, serving on ITMA’s Council since April 2000 and chairing ITMA’s Law and Practice Committee since 2010. She is also a member of ECTA, PTMG and FICPI.
