Liz Fowler is the Restorative Justice Operations Manager at Northamptonshire Youth Offending Service. Liz feels fortunate to work within a service that values the use of restorative approaches and was awarded the RSQM last year after a lot of hard work. Liz is also a trainer and her passion is sharing experiences and learning with others.
