Tom Hockaday spent 10 years as chief executive of Isis Innovation Ltd, the University of Oxford’s technology transfer company, before becoming an independent technology transfer consultant in 2016. Prior to his time at Oxford, he spent seven years at the University of Bristol, leading technology transfer activities, and four years at University College London.
