Naomi Holloway

Naomi Holloway, HR Director, University of Hertfordshire

Naomi has a broad human resources background. She began her career in 1992 with Tesco and then spent nine years with the Post Office in a variety of roles in almost all of the major business units. In 2002 she made the decision to accept a position as Director of HR at Queen Mary College, part of the federal University of London, and the only multi-faculty campus based university in London. She was there until February 2007 when she moved to be Director of HR at the University of Hertfordshire. The University of Hertfordshire is the UK’s leading business-facing University employing over 2700 staff with a turnover of more than £235m. It has a student community of over 24,500 including more than 2,000 international students from over eighty five different countries. As Director of HR she is responsible for HR, payroll and staff development, and she sits on the Chief Executive’s Group.
