The Lyons Inquiry: Final Report & Recommendations
27 Apr 2007

This major national conference led by the Lyons Inquiry gave delegates the opportunity to hear final recommendations direct from Sir Michael. The conference provided attendees with the opportunity to debate the impact of the report with senior figures in the field and consider the opportunities that lie ahead for ‘place-shaping’ at a local level. Delegates had an opportunity to consider in detail key themes of: economic prosperity and infrastructure; place-shaping and local choice; a single system of governance and related funding and finance issues.
