Increasing satisfaction or complaints? Warning signs for the smart HEI. Held at Cavendish Conference Centre, London
Student complaints, particularly from international students, are on the rise at over 10% a year. Even seemingly isolated complaints have the potential to significantly detract from the UK’s reputation for excellence in higher education. In light of the forthcoming Office of the Independent Adjudicator’s Pathway Project this conference brought together all those concerned with preventing and managing student complaints, including policy makers, student support professionals, student representatives and senior HE administrators and legal experts.
