Brenda Little

 Brenda Little
Brenda Little is a highly experienced educational analyst with detailed knowledge of the UK higher education (HE) sector spanning the past 20-30 years, and of HE systems in mainland Europe. She worked for the Open University’s Centre for Higher Education Research and Information for several years, and during that time developed, undertook and managed policy-related higher education research funded by major stakeholders in the UK and elsewhere, including the Higher Education Funding Council for England, UniversitiesUK, the (then) Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, and the Economic and Social Research Council.

Her main areas of research cover the student experience, in particular part-time work and work-based learning, and graduate employability. She is currently an independent consultant, working on a number of higher education studies.
