Jilla Jamfar

Jilla coordinated a pilot Pre-Apprenticeship Programme at West Euston Partnership. She was responsible for developing partnerships and appropriate training programmes for young people in Camden and Islington who were out of the education system and/or not in employment.

Jilla has a background in a number of industries such as retail, property management, advice and training within the private, public and community and voluntary sectors. She has been a coach for social entrepreneurs and has worked with social enterprises for 9 years in realising their aim for social change in a sustainable manner. She has designed and delivered VRQ, NVQ and BTEC accredited training courses in Leadership and Management, Customer Care, Skills for Working and Understanding Social Enterprise.

Jilla has a BSc (Hons) in Management and System Science, a framework for holistic management and solution based problem solving for organisations. Jilla facilitates and enables individual and organisational change.
