Emma Mamo

Emma Mamo has worked within the disability sector since 2005. In 2007, Emma joined the Policy and Campaigns team at Mind. She is currently the Policy and Campaigns Manager of the Social Inclusion and Rights team, which works on a range of issues relating to promoting social inclusion and upholding the human rights of people with mental distress including employment, benefits and welfare reform, debt and poverty, access to the criminal justice system, equality and discrimination law.

Emma previously led Mind’s successful national campaigns ‘Taking care of business: mental wellbeing at work’ and ‘In the red: debt and mental health’, for which she won a RADAR People of the Year Award in the Doing Money Differently category in 2009.
