Rachel Marangozov

Rachel Marangozov (née Pillai) is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Employment Studies (IES), where she specialises in the employment of disadvantaged ethnic minorities and migrants workers. Recently, Rachel has been involved in the evaluation of the Partner Outreach for Ethnic Minorities (POEM) pilot and currently leads two studies around Child Poverty, including the Work-Focused Services in Children’s Centres Pilot.
Alongside this, Rachel is has worked as a Specialist Advisor to Parliament and is currently an external expert and moderator for the ESF Learning Network, IMPART (Increasing the Participation of Migrants and Ethnic Minorities in Employment).
