This has been compunded by the continued financial pressures facing universities as a whole. As with any service under pressure; it is vital to explore innovative ways to improve quality provision at a reduced cost. Rising tuition fees will inevitably result in a rise in student expectations but with the impetus on improved student experience, HEIs are provided the opportunity to explore innovation and efficiency. This broadcast will provide viewers the opportunity to explore best practice in promoting services, delivering first class research support, improving the student experience and implementing income generating models of work.
